Repossi offers complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for all unworn jewelry items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or resized creations are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and protective shipping carton, ensuring the authenticity certificate and all security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package and schedule a complimentary courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
